Welcome to Austin Gatherings Church. We’ve put together some information here that anticipates and tries to briefly answer some of the questions you may have prior to visiting our church for the first time:

Atmosphere

It's so important to us that you feel welcome when visiting AGC! We hope our atmosphere will help you feel relaxed and comfortable. The messages are all built around Biblical themes that are timeless, while our love-sweetened praises to our Lord are sung skillfully with a loud voice in psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs. You will be greeted and welcomed in a friendly, spiritual environment. In every meeting, we focus on prayer, biblical preaching and teaching, exhortation, edification, and good Christian fellowship. All of our meetings are timely and well-structured and the fellowship is set in a warm-hearted, family environment.

Family Friendly

No matter your family dynamics, you're welcome at Austin Gatherings Church and we're excited for you to consider being a part of our church family!

Attire

For our church members, we recommend absolute modesty every day of the week. Typically, our members (whether men or women) wear simple, modest, loose-fitting attire. You do NOT have to “dress up” for our services unless you wish to do so. However, we strive not to draw attention to ourselves either by being too revealing, too ostentatious, or otherwise church inappropriate.

What to Bring

Just bring an open mind as you will be learning great things concerning our great God (Acts 17:11)! If you do not own a Bible we have giveaway Bibles for those who need one.
